Welcome to the presentation of thesis ’Urban Green Space Elements and Characteristics that Promote Well-being and Restoration – An Integrative Literature Review’ by Cecilia Holst.

Join us to explore the significant impact of green spaces in urban settings! Natural environments and urban green spaces play a crucial role in enhancing well-being, particularly benefiting city dwellers.

The thesis focuses on identifying the elements and characteristics that contribute most to well-being and provide a restorative experience. We will delve into the theoretical framework and share preliminary findings of Cecilias thesis of the Natural Environments and Promotion of Wellbeing program at Häme University of Applied Sciences.
